There are several ways to apply for this award:
- Online. To apply online, simply fill out the application at the top of this page.
- Via paper application. To obtain a paper application, you can download it from our site, or you can call or email us at 855-783-2385 / paige@theyoungfirm.com to request a paper copy be mailed to you. You can also fill out the application request form and we will mail you a print copy. Once you have filled out the application and acquired the necessary additional documents (such as a photocopy of your TWIC), you can either email it to us or send it in the mail: The Young Firm, 400 Poydras St. Suite 2090, New Orleans, LA 70130.
- In person at the facility location. The three participating Louisiana merchant marine training facilities will also have paper applications available upon request that you will need to fill out and mail or email to us.
